Job Title: Business Executive

Location: Lagos

 

Afrihealth is seeking exceptional Business Executives who will play a crucial role in driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful implementation of our health technology solutions. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in business development and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:


1.Business Development:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the health tech sector.
-Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.

2. Strategic Partnerships:
-Build and nurture strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, technology vendors, and other key stakeholders.
-Collaborate with partners to enhance product offerings and expand market reach.

3. Client Relationship Management:
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
-Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and fostering long-term partnerships.

4. Market Analysis:
-Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
-Provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

5. Product Launch and Implementation:
-Collaborate with product development teams to ensure successful launch and implementation of health tech solutions.
-Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and customize solutions to meet their specific needs.

6. Revenue Growth:

-Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
-Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
-Proven experience in business development or executive-level.
-Knowledge of health tech solutions, trends, and industry regulations.
-Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Experience in a fast-paced startup is highly desirable.
-Background in the health industry is a plus but not essential.
