Qualifications

Must have skills
- Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with HR and procurement processes.
