The Mid-Level Corporate Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing various operational functions within the company. This role involves developing and implementing operational policies, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient resource management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate operations or related roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Must have skills


  • Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Good to have skills

  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with HR and procurement processes.
