Key Responsibilities:

 

• Recruitment Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, including advertising job vacancies, attracting qualified candidates through various channels, conducting assessments and interviews, and facilitating the selection and onboarding processes.

 

• Strategic Planning: Devise and execute comprehensive business strategies and operational plans, focusing on HR management and recruitment operations to achieve organizational objectives.

 

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

 

• HR Operations Oversight: Assume responsibility for all facets of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

 

• Goal Setting: Establish clear and measurable business goals and targets for the company and the team, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure attainment.

 

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their HR needs and delivering exceptional recruitment services to meet their requirements.

 

• Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, ensuring sustainable profitability.

 

• Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and enhance HR and recruitment processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

 

• Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on business performance, HR metrics, and market trends, leveraging data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making.

 

 

Requirements:

 

1. Proven track record in a business management capacity, with a focus on HR management and recruitment operations within the recruitment industry.

2. Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulatory compliance, with demonstrated application in a recruitment context.

3. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing high-performing teams.

4. Strategic mindset and business acumen, with a proven ability to set and achieve ambitious business goals.

5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building enduring relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
