About The Role

We’re looking for someone who understands digital platforms, has experience building online communities, and can use insights to shape content. You’ll manage how we show up across social media and support our broader communications goals. As a team player, you will work closely with the communications team, other units within the Corporate affairs team, and various business units to execute your responsibilities effectively.

As a Digital Communications Associate at Moniepoint Group, you will manage and maintain the brand's presence across all Digital platforms. You will collaborate with the communications team to create content that resonates with our stakeholders. Your role involves engaging our audience on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads and YouTube and implementing strategies that enhance followership and engagement. You will advocate for our community, fostering a connection with them through consistent and meaningful communication.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Develop and maintain the brand's look and feel across all Digital channels for Moniepoint Group.
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Affairs team to produce compelling content tailored for our stakeholders.
  • Engage with our audience on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads and YouTube, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.
  • Create and implement Digital strategies aimed at increasing followership and engagement.
  • Act as a community advocate, building and maintaining strong relationships with our online community.
  • Run the day-to-day management of our social media accounts - LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Threads, and YouTube.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our audience and engagement.
  • Work with the Corporate Affairs teams to share updates and stories clearly and consistently.
  • Use reporting tools to track performance and guide improvements.
  • Respond to conversations, feedback and mentions, keeping our community informed and engaged.
  • Make sure our brand tone and look are consistent across all digital touchpoints
  • Manage all web content across Moniepoint Group’s website(s)

To succeed in this role, we think you should have;

  • 3–5 years experience managing social or digital platforms, preferably in a tech, media, or communications role
  • Solid understanding of how different platforms work and what kind of content works where
  • Good eye for writing and editing, with attention to tone and detail
  • Comfortable working with analytics and reporting tools to inform decisions
