IT Customer Success Officer- Industrial Attachment

Are you tech-savvy, a fast learner, and passionate about helping customers succeed?

We're looking for IT Customer Success Officers who are enthusiastic, energetic, and ready to grow with us in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This role is perfect for you if you are an OND graduate OR a University undergraduate (Seeking industrial attachment placement for of 6 - 12 Months) with solid communication skills, or someone looking to launch a career in technology and customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline customer support and resolve IT-related issues via phone, email, or chat.
Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
Work closely with the technical support and engineering teams to escalate issues.
Maintain clear records of customer interactions and feedback using support tools.
Educate users on platform features and drive product adoption and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

OND in any field OR University undergraduate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for technology and willingness to learn quickly.
Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude.
Basic understanding of computer systems, internet applications, and mobile apps.
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
