Job Position: Warehouse And Logistics Officer
Location: Lagos
Accountable to: Service Delivery Officer
Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
v
Manage drivers’ team.
v
Manage, maintain and repair vehicles.
v
Responsible for administering traffic offenses.
v
Managing and tracking of all vehicles on the
fleet including movement planning and day-to-day allocation of vehicles.
v
Update the vehicle cost schedule and produce
regular reports.
v
Produce monthly logistics site report, and vehicle
cost performance report.
v
Ensure vehicles have current and lawful
documents.
v
Proper receipt of goods and issuance from the
Warehouse.
v
Effective management of Materials Record of all
incoming goods, their dispatch and timely delivery to projects. Ensure complete
documentation of roll out materials.
v
Ensure proper documentation that allows quick
and efficient release of goods from the warehouse.

Diplomacy, tact and negotiating skills.

Team-working skills.
v
Flexibility under pressure and in response to
changing needs.
v
Attention to detail and excellent numeracy.
v
Good written and spoken English is required.
Qualifications and
Experience
v
OND in Business Administration or related course.
v
Minimum of 2 years in similar role.
v
Good experience
in Warehousing, vehicle management and administration.
