Lagos State University (LASU) was established in 1983 by the
Enabling Law of Lagos State of Nigeria, for the advancement of learning and
establishment of academic excellence. The University caters for students for Full-Time
and Part-Time programmes at the Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Levels.

Qualifications and
Experience
Candidate must possess a good honours degree not below
second class division subject to the applicant showing adequate aptitude for a
career in Librarianship.
Computer Knowledge is essential.
Job Position: Librarian I - CONUASS 03
Qualifications and
Experience
Candidate must possess a good honour degree with minimum
higher degree of Masters in Library Science with [3] years cognate experience.
Scholarly publications will enhance the prospects of
candidate.
Job Position:
Librarian II - CONUASS 02
Qualifications and
Experience
Candidate must possess a good honours degree with Masters Degree
in Library Science.
Computer Knowledge is essential.
Job Position:
Library Assistant - CONUNASS 03
Requirement
Candidate must possess WASCE/GCE O’level/SSCE with 5 credits
including English Language.
Job Position:
Library Officer - CONUNASS 06
Qualifications and
Experience
Candidate must possess Diploma in Library Studies or
equivalent Professional Qualification.
