Job Summary
The Head Fixed Deposit & Mobilization will be expected
to be responsible for the generation of fixed deposit for the business and
manage key account relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Proactively define, drive and track potential fixed deposit
customers.
Mentoring relationship managers/leads & team members to
ensure that they are delivering a professional, high quality, high value and
responsive service experience to the client.
Forecasting and managing resource requirements optimally.
Serving as the primary escalation point for clients and
obtaining client confidence in managing their funds.
Ensuring clear and timely communication and reporting of
status of various projects to internal and external stakeholders.
Achieving overall customer satisfaction with fixed deposit
customer.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 10 yr relevant experience in a similar position.
Demonstrated proven track record as an Account Manager in
funds generation.
Experience of managing customer relationships and ‘farming’
client accounts.
Experience with engaging C-level clients.
Experience of selling solutions across multiple service
lines.
Demonstrated experience in funds generation & planning
