Our client is a Confectionery Company and is
seeking to hire the services of a proficient Marketer (male) that would take
the business to the next level.
The marketer will be responsible for sourcing
for client and creating awareness to the confectionery establishment for the
overall success of the organization and business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Must be able
to analyze and investigate price, demand and competition.
· Must be able
to devise and present sale ideas and strategies.
· Should be
able to engage in promotional activities.
· Improves product marketability and
profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market
opportunities; improving product packaging.
· Achieves marketing and sales operational
objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations
to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans;
implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system
improvements; implementing change.
· Manage the productivity of the marketing plans
and projects
· Conduct market
research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
· Liaise with
media and advertising
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Applicant must possess a minimum of HND in marketing,
Business Administration or any related field.
· Experience in all
aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
3 years of applicable industry experience in Marketing.
Ability to create and deliver convincing arguments to
clients.
Ability to communicate (orally and written) in English.
Motivational and multi-task skills.
Must be innovative and spot on.
Good marketing and negotiation Skills.
