Job Position:Quality Systems Manager
About The Job
Implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality food
safety and other management systems
Establish efficient and effective processes and tools for
compliance with standard requirements
Conduct inspections/ audits and implement corrective and improvement plans for
non-conformities noted
Monitor the performance of compliance program and conduct
training and pep-talk for system improvement
Qualification:
Degree in Food Technology, Science or Engineering
ISO series and other management systems training.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Quality and Food
safety Management System
The Person must:
have good leadership and people management skills
have good Communication skill.
have process control/ improvement skills
have auditing and
presentation skills
