Job description
Our client is a fast growing and profitable bank, with a
focus on consumer finance requires a best in class CFO to manage the exciting
next stage of it's expansion. Critical to this, is someone who not only
understands how to run and manage an efficient finance function, but someone
with knowledge and experience of fundraising and the lending process. An
understanding of corporate finance will also be beneficial and a track record
of raising 3rd party capital is critical. Prior experience working within the
financial services industry is useful and ideally with retail/consumer
products. The individual will work closely with the CEO and board and will need
to have proven cash flow management skills as well as knowledge of controls and
internal systems. Experience of working within emerging markets is also
required and ideally the local market. The role would be well remunerated with
a full competitive package and is Lagos based.
