Job Title: UI/UX Designer
About the role:
You can be one of the designers here at Identity. You will
be overwhelmed by the quality of the product, leads and opportunity.
You will bring your deep expertise in early stage design to
contribute to the development of products, experiences, materials, and
prototypes for Identity.
Quality visual and UX design will be instrumental in
communicating our services and mission.
Excellent interpersonal skills are critical to allow you to
succeed in our highly collaborative environment.
You must also be highly organized and flexible to manage
multiple projects to meet business needs, and project milestones.
You will apply and develop best practices for transforming
concepts into examples that communicate our ideas.
Your deep understanding of tools, materials and processes
will be tested as we ask you to apply that knowledge to the development of
innovative products and experiences.
About you:
- 2 or more years experience as a Visual / UX Designer
- Ability to strategically solve complex design problems
- Comfortable executing all stages of the design process - concept, wireframes, design iterations, execution, reflection
- Proficiency with design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; prototyping and photography skills a plus
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Self-motivated and positive
- Ready to embrace new ideas, processes, technologies and adapt to new challenges
- Ability to organize individual work, scope tasks, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders on timelines and deliverables
- Efficient time management skills with minimal need for oversight
- Strong portfolio is critical for this role—should demonstrate experience in process and execution
- Obvious passion and people skills
- Consistent over-achievement in past experiences
- Technically adept; experienced with web technologies
- Competitive and energetic
- Passion for new technologies
- Must be awesome
