Summary of the Role

• This position oversees and organizes events that will make an impact to internal and external clients.
• You will ensure events are successful and cost-effective, pay attention to budget and time constraints.
• An event manager is, above all, a project manager who understands marketing and promotion techniques.
• We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills required to not leave anything about an event to chance.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc/BA in Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Marketing or equivalent. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Real Estate/Construction and Oil&Gas Industry
• Good knowledge of Managing and Planning series of High Profile Events
• Skilled in project management
• Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and Negotiation ability
• Excellent organizational skills, A knack for problem-solving
• Customer-service orientation, A team player with strong leadership skills
• Good interpersonal relationship management.
• Environmental manager
