Brief Job Description
The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations, and negotiate project details with their team, subcontractors, and clients.
Brief Responsibilities:
- Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections.
- Brief sales executive on the competitive edge of manufactured product
- Preparing and implementing project plans.
- Researching and providing estimates for projects.
- Reviewing government regulations and ordinances.
- Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).
Brief Requirement:
- BSC/HND in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Licensure as a Professional Engineer may be required (E.g COREN)
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ industry knowledge
- Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCad Civil 3D,
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Salary: N150,000 - N170,000
