Learning & Development Coordinator at Fosad Consulting

Job Title – Learning & Development Coordinator
Location – Lekki, Lagos

Job objective
Help company succeed by training and developing its people, create training events for all employees - from initial inductions to leadership programmes for senior executives and the growth and external sales of Company’s Learning and Development offerings.

Qualification/ Experience

  • Good first degree from a reputable University
  • Possession of a Masters’ degree and relevant professional certifications will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years’ Learning & Development experience


Skills/Behavioural Requirements
Exceptional communication skills with keen interest to assist people with their learning and development goals
Experience in e-learning course design and budget management.
Proven people management skills.
Good organisational skills
Good presentation skills
Good use of Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to multi-task as well as set priorities
