Responsibilities
- Establish and coordinate recruiting, testing, interviewing and selection program of employees.
- Manage employee relation, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counselling of employees and supervisors.
- Review and maintain human resource policies and procedures, make recommendations where necessary.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state regulations/requirements.
- Management of employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
- Coordinate exit interviews, analyze and recommend retention strategies to Senior Management.
- Work closely with leaders and executives to develop and strengthen employee engagement activities.
- A bachelor degree in the related field
- A post-university degree or professional certification will be added advantage.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with companies with exposure to best practices.
- IT-driven.
