Job Summary
At Ankara Internet Technology, We are looking for a motivated software engineer that has experience in native Android development. This position would require a good understanding of mobile architecture on Android, and a passion for developing high quality native applications. We enjoy team members who can bring their own ideas and this position would have responsibility for pushing the limits of how awesome a mobile app can be. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- You will Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- You will Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- You will Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- You will Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
- Have 2 years plus of experience
- Strong coding abilities and experience with Kotlin/Java and Android SDK
- Strong knowledge of Material Design, layouts, custom views and best practices
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect with back-end service
- Experience with Multithreading and memory management specific to mobile devices
- Experience with push notification services
- Experience writing unit tests and UI automated tests
- Knowledge of Git
- Knowledge of popular Android open source libraries (RxJava, Dagger2, Retrofit, Okhttp, ButterKnife, etc)
- Familiarity with continuous integration
- You must have published at least one original Android app
