Dinerr is a yield optimisation software platform that helps restaurants to improve bottom-line revenue. Combining the power of data and analytics with an innovative on-demand food delivery service, Dinerr provides valuable insights that helps to price a restaurant’s menu optimally and takes restaurants closer to their customers.

Job Description

 Dinerr is using cutting edge technology to help restaurant adapt to changing times. Dinerr is searching for an operations officer who will help to operate the company's processes.

The ideal candidate will be an organized and driven operations officer that will effectively develop and enact company policies and increase efficiency of operations for our organization. Candidate must be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and an outstanding business intellect.

Responsibilities


  • Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures
  • Report to and assist Chief Executive Officer in daily tasks and duties
  • Upload new restaurants' profiles and details correctly to company system
  • Communicate with line manager to confirm execution of company processes
  • Strategically map-out, plan, and manage riders to deliver ordered food to customers
  • Analyze and maintain operational data
  • Develop improved business functionality that increases profits
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Conduct frequent performance reviews
  • Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency
  • Coordinate purchase of supplies
  • Contribute to innovation of new products
  • Track and maintain budgets of operational costs
  • Monitor product inventory
  • Maintain positive client and vendor relationships


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in operations preferred
  • Strong business acumen
  • Acute understanding of resource allocation
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and online portals
  • Adept problem solver and decision maker
  • Excellent communicator both orally and written
  • Detail-oriented
  • Diligent and proactive
  • Respectful of deadlines


Salary 

₦90,000 -100,000 per month
