- We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Call prospective clients from operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Requirements
- Must possess excellent communication and phone skills, patience, a persuasive and persistent nature, and great typing skills.
- Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.
- Excellent knowledge of English Language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Excel, Microsoft word) and telephone systems
