Job Description

1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts
2. Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings
3. Arrange meetings with clients and travel to them
4. Act as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
5. Talk to other departments in the organization in order to facilitate client requests
6. Identify new client relationships and make pitches to potential new clients
7. Give presentations about their organization’s products or services
8. Manage a budget and achieve targets
9. Manage a team of account executives and arrange training for them if necessary.
10. Generate accurate reports on the status of existing accounts and new business
11. Ensure clients pay on time
