Job Description
Oversee social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) for high volume accounts (245,000 Followers).
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions, competitions etc.
Stay up-to-date with current technology.
