Requirements
• B.Sc in a relevant field of study
• 1-3 years of experience working as a social media manager.
• Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
• Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives.
• Actively grow page followership and engagement
• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, newsletters, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
• Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
