Role Description
This is a part time remote role for a Product Designer (Volunteer) at Serva. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating and improving visual design elements, employing design thinking methodologies, conducting user research, developing product designs, and engaging in UX research. The role requires close collaboration with the team to ensure the design aligns with user needs and business goals.
Qualifications
- Visual Design and Product Design skills
- Experience with Design Thinking methodologies
- User Research and UX Research skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in volunteer positions is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
