Duties
- Develop and execute bold, innovative visual strategies that align with client and internal branding goals.
- Lead client presentations, articulating creative concepts and strategies effectively.
- Provide expert direction for visual storytelling across digital, print, video, and emerging media.
- Translate client objectives into engaging visual experiences that drive results.
- Define and enforce brand and creative guidelines to maintain consistency in the client’s and company’s aesthetics and messaging for the client and the company.
- Conceptualize and oversee high-impact campaigns that boost the client’s brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Oversee all stages of the creative teams' production processes from ideation to execution.
- Ensure all design and media projects meet high-quality standards, deadlines, and objectives.
- Conduct post-project assessments to improve future creative workflows.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of ongoing creative projects for the company and clients.
- Act as the primary creative liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring evolving needs are met.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, multimedia creators, cinematographers, and video production specialists.
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and industry knowledge.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met with excellence and efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment for the media and design team.
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends, tools, and media innovations.
- Spearhead creative initiatives that establish Phenom Communications as an industry leader.
- Integrate cutting-edge techniques such as motion graphics, AR/VR, and interactive media into campaigns.
- Adapt creative strategies to shifting digital and social media landscapes.
- Establish efficient creative workflows and production pipelines.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between design and media teams.
- Maintain digital asset management systems for easy access and retrieval of creative content.
- Oversee creative budgeting, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all creative outputs.
- Ensure all visuals align with brand identity, campaign goals, and storytelling objectives.
- Develop a structured feedback process to improve design quality and team performance.
- Implement approval processes that streamline revisions and finalization.
- All other duties as may be assigned
Knowledge Skills & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, International Relations or Related Fields.
- Minimum of 7+ years in art direction, visual communication, or multimedia production.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of design, motion graphics, animation, cinematography, and video production workflows.
- Expertise in branding, UI/UX design, and digital marketing assets.
- Proficiency in 3D design, AR/VR, or interactive media is a plus.
- Proven experience leading creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
