We’re hiring a dynamic Device Financing Lead to drive strategy, sales, agent performance, and product innovation. This role is ideal for a growth-minded leader who thrives in retail environments and can own a product from vision to field execution.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead go-to-market and growth strategy
- Build and manage an agent network; hire, train, and deploy to key locations
- Partner with retail teams to improve sales conversion and in-store visibility
- Launch and monitor campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to evolve the product
- Collaborate with engineering and ops to ensure product-market fit
KPIs You'll Be Driving:
- Monthly sales target
- Customer acquisition & retention
- Retail store performance & expansion
- Campaign ROI and incentive program lift
- Product adoption & feedback integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business, Management, or related field
- 2+ years in retail finance, product growth, or agent management
- Proven experience in sales strategy and multi-location deployment
- Deep familiarity with retail markets and customer behavior
- Strong data orientation and leadership instincts
