Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Officer to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, conducting follow-ups (including visitations when necessary), and providing regular reports on customer activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain positive relationships.
* Follow up with customers on payment obligations to ensure compliance.
* Conduct visitations to customers where necessary for engagement or collections.
* Provide accurate and timely reports on customer activities, repayment behavior, and account status.
* Support complaint resolution and escalate issues when needed.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer management.
* Perform any other related responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum of ND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any other field.
* At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management, collections, or a similar role.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.
* Basic reporting and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) skills.
