Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Reports to: Principal Consultant
 Location: Ikeja
Nature of Business:
Consulting/Business Services

 Role Objective:
To develop and grow the business services of the company.
Role & Responsibilities: To be eligible for this role you must be able to-

  A) Pre-Sales and Sales Activities

Prepare sales proposals of company services to our different clients and discuss with them concerning the ways our services can meet their needs and requirements;
Close and obtain businesses each month for financial benefit to company;
Attend business meetings, conferences and exhibitions;
Present/facilitate at workshops and User Group meetings.
Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; track individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Identify or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discover and explore opportunities.


B) Account Management

Develop and professionally manage accounts to ensure

Best level of service is provided for each client in line with company core values;
Repeat business is achieved by identifying areas of mutual benefit to be gained by the customer by extending the services of the company.
Maintain a client database with all contact details periodically;
Easily Harness possible graphic designers, writers etc. to meet business objectives of the company.
Develop and maintain the relationships with external business associates for furthering the business development activity of the company.
Display excellent customer service to ALL clients and business associates of the company and engage them at their special days and notable public days


C) Duty to Company

Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Build and update diversified job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and clients
Perform other similar or related duties and carrying out special projects as shall be delegated.

Education

A degree in Human Resources, Journalism, Business or Related fields from an accredited Institution.
Knowledgeable in Youth Development programs/Initiatives

Work Experience: 2+ years in related field
 Preferably Male.
