strategic professional, experienced in the creation and execution of sales
strategy, as well as quality experience in motivating sales team to drive sales
and meet defined Organizational targets.

Responsibilities
Develop and
execute winning business strategies to ensure that financial targets &
other deliverables are met in the Retail Sales Teams.
Organise
market storms/sales promotional activities
Providing
strong leadership in the retail channels through mentoring and coaching of
subordinates.
Ensure
that production from
all retail business channels
are collated on weekly basis and advised to Executive Management
Ensure
timely preparation of reports and business plans as the need arises.
Identifying
opportunities for developing new business channels
Qualifications/Competencies
Bachelor’s
degree or its equivalent in Marketing or related discipline.
Post-graduate/
professional qualification will be an added advantage.
CIIN
certification is compulsory
Minimum of
ten (10) years relevant work experience, with at least four (4) years in a
Senior
management position.
Expert
knowledge of advanced sales concepts and strong knowledge of Life Insurance
offerings.
