Enroyale Global Services Limited, a leading consulting firm,
is seeking to hire the services of a FEMALE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR for our
client.
The candidate is responsible for managing department inventory,
in-stock position, pricing integrity, and other operational processes to
company standards.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities
Supervises and
coordinates activities of worker engaged in mixing, dividing, molding, and
proofing of dough, and in baking, slicing, and wrapping of bread, pastries and
other bakery products: examines the dough and batter for specified consistency
Evaluate department condition and operations to determine
strengths and areas of improvement; reinforce strengths while developing and
implementing improved practice and procedures
Trains new employees
Reads chart of fermentation room and ovens to verify
specified humidity and temperature.
Demonstrates advanced
product knowledge and maintains awareness of new products
Prepares special orders as requested by customers (e.g.,
special occasion, cakes, party platters etc.)
Ability to bake and
prepares bakery products according to company guidelines
Schedules department employees
Other related duties
as assigned
Qualifications And Skills
Applicant must
possess a minimum of HND in marketing, Business Administration or any related
field.
Comprehensive bakery
product knowledge
Demonstrated decision making ability and leadership skills,
preferably one or more years of experience in being able to direct and
supervise individuals and manage work and prioritize
Solid problem solving skills and decisiveness
Ability to delegate
effectively
Ability to handle
stressful situations
Able to prioritize
and handle multiple task
Computer skills:
Microsoft office software including outlook, word and excel
Must be resident in
Abuja
