Vacancy For Computer Technician in Lagos

Our Client is looking for PC / Mac Service Technicians to work in their Osapa retail store performing computer service and repair.

Job Title: Computer Technician

Location: Lekki- Lagos

Duties include:

  • PC hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Installing and upgrading PC hardware and software
  • Troubleshooting problems with all current Windows operating systems
  • Troubleshooting problems with common applications such as email, web browsers, and office software.
  • Removing viruses & spyware.
  • Greeting and talking to customers in-person and on the phone.
  • Listening to customers needs, answering questions, and making suggestions and recommendations.
  • Documenting problems and resolutions.
  • Explaining work that was performed and answering questions
  • Mobile and Tablet repair


Skills/Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of all current Windows desktop operating systems
  • In-depth knowledge of all current Mac operating systems
  • Taking computers and laptops apart and reassembling.
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Must have strong problem solving skills
  • Good customer service skills and experience is required
  • 2 plus years of service experience
  • Experience in mobile / tablet repair
  • Retail experience is a requirement as is familiarity with mobile devices. Compensation will be hourly and vary depending on experience and ability. This position is a part-time position with the option to go full time based on ability. We're a fun team looking for a few more team members to keep growing
