GAL Express Limited is a logistics company licensed by the Nigeria Customs Service as a Customs Agent, is recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: Logistics Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Interact with Shipping lines, Airlines and Customs Service officials.
  • Coordinate activities of agents in the field.
  • Handle documentation for ocean and air shipments from pick up to door delivery
  • Prepare invoices
  • Manage clients accounts

Academic Qualifications
HND, BA/B.Sc minimum qualification

Experience:
A minimum of two years working experience in a logistics or related field will be an advantage.
Willingness to learn and catch up quickly will also help.
Skills:

  • Computer Literacy ( MS Office is a must).
  • Good interpersonal relations and ability to work within a team.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills.
