Job Description

We are seeking for an experienced Business Development Consultant/Manager to develop and expand on opportunities.

Job Responsibilities


  • Design and develop strategic development strategies and plans
  • Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies
  • Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
  • Recruit,Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the project's achievement
  • Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
  • Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors
  • suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Handle business deals operations and activities
  • Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Create and present a detailed report for upper management
  • Establish channels and sales strategies that maximize profitability
  • Recruit, train, and collaborate with the entire company’s sales force, including creating training materials and incentives to bundle, cross-sell, and upsell;
  • Develop and reporting accurate sales forecasts
  • Regular travel required, both domestic and international.


Requirements


  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years’ executive level experience
  • Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
  • Effective, versatile and action-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
