Job Title-Customer Supply Chain Advisor

Location-Lagos



Responsibilities:


  • Implementation of the growth strategy derived out of Nigeria expansion plan, responsibility for segment Off-Highway business & sales development in Nigeria
  • Responsibility for back office customer service activities in cooperation with logistic, finance, purchasing and front office customer service
  • Support process optimization (such as and not limited to back orders, importation documentation, delivery forecast, etc.)
  • Follow up planned orders, update APO to improve production planning, product availability and turnover
  • Track and report (internally & externally) weekly delivery planning according to customer orders planning
  • Identify operational challenges and suggest ideas to smoothen the processes
  • Consolidate monthly sales forecast
  • Communicate KPI results to the internal team (Service level, EDI, customer back log, sales forecast accuracy)
  • Manage customers and their expectations whilst applying the organization’s regulations
  • Ensure that generally accepted customer service principles are followed
  • Reporting to functional and disciplinary managers
  • Any additional tasks which may be assigned in your line of duty.


Competencies and Qualifications: 

  • University Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position in a multinational Company 
  • Communicate effectively with high attention to details
  • Highly organized and able to multitasks
  • Proactive, “can do attitude”
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Team player, networker with clear result orientation
  • Excellent working knowledge of SAP
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Language: Fluent English (speaking & writing); French and/or German is a plus.
  • High efficiency on time management, ability to build sustainable relationships.
