Job Title: HR Officer
Reports to: HR Advisor
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State
Job Summary:
The HR Officer will support the H.R. Advisor in developing the vision, mission, goals and objectives for human resources in collaboration with other team leads to ensure that the school recruits, maintains, develops, recognizes and rewards a high quality workforce that can manage ongoing change successfully while meeting the diverse needs of students, parents and the community.
Qualifications and Experiences
• University degree in Human Resources, Education, or any related Social Science field.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in HR.
• Preferably a Female
• Experience within the education sector will be an added advantage
Remuneration:
N80,000-120,000
