Job Description

Recruiters are responsible for recruiting Brand Ambassadors and Retail Partners for Carry1st products.

What You’ll Do/ Responsibilities


  • Source, recruit and register Ambassadors/Retail Partners
  • Partner with Carry1st Coaches to successfully help Ambassadors and Retail Partners sell
  • Develop, implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies in order to build a healthy pipeline of partners
  • Be proactive in networking, cold-calling and "deep diving" into various candidate or student networks




Who is a Carry1st Ambassador?


Is the face of the brand to potential new users, playing crucial roles in promoting and facilitating the game. Ambassadors to market Carry1st products into their local community. Ambassadors partner with Carry1st to build a business selling game credits for users to play Carry1st Trivia

Who is a Carry1st Retail Partner?


Physical shops that sell other fast-moving products (consumer goods, airtime, etc) that can sell Carry1st directly to their customers. Any shop that has a physical location and can put up Carry1st signage hence an resell Carry1st Credits to Users.

Requirements

  • Experience sourcing sales agents at larger would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to articulate the Carry1st Ambassador value proposition
  • Successfully deliver on set targets and deadlines
  • Knowledge MS Word, Excel
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (clear and concise)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
