Deloitte Human Capital Consulting West Africa-On behalf of our client in the Financial Services Industry, we are looking to hire a driven and well organized individual to fill the role of Human Resources and Admin Officer.

Job Description

The candidate will provide administrative support functions to the human resource operations of the organisation and also support the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department. His/ her responsibilities include but not limited to employees' data management, talent management, compensation and benefits, learning & development, employee welfare & engagement, updating and ensuring compliance of the company's policies.

Requirements


  • Minimum of 2 1
  • Must be a chartered HR professional
  • Three to Five years experience in HR (Generalist preferably) & Admin position
  • Must have worked in a highly reputable organization
  • MSc/ MBA is an added advantage
  • Familiar with the Nigeria labour law and other related laws
