About the Role
Visatech Ltd are the licensed operators of LiveScore Bet Nigeria and are part of the international business, LiveScore Group. This position is a senior management role in the company's new operation in Lagos. It offers the chance to help build and grow a successful business from the ground up, leading the recruitment and development of the local LiveScore Bet team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's HR strategy & local policies
- Ensure compliance with/adherence to all local regulation(s)
- Work with the management team to provide a full range of operational HR support across the business (planning, engagement, appraisal and review, compliance, etc)
- Manage end to end recruitment, working with stakeholders to draft role descriptions, advise on remuneration and source and interview candidates
- Manage all aspects of payroll, employee salaries and social contributions along with all appropriate administration
- Identify and advise with regard to staff morale, employee relations and discipline
- Work with central stakeholders to define all incentive schemes, development needs and appraisal systems
- Recommend all training and development requirements both by department and individual
Key Skills/Experience
- Excellent administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge and experience of online recruiting resources, applicant tracking and HR information systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 5+ years' experience in all aspects of human resources management (including payroll management, staff training and development, employee relations and federal & state regulations)

- A hand's on attitude, prepared to get involved to build the organisation from the ground up
- Ability to remain calm and courteous regardless of the situation
