About the Role

 Visatech Ltd are the licensed operators of LiveScore Bet Nigeria and are part of the international business, LiveScore Group. This position is a senior management role in the company's new operation in Lagos. It offers the chance to help build and grow a successful business from the ground up, leading the recruitment and development of the local LiveScore Bet team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's HR strategy & local policies
  • Ensure compliance with/adherence to all local regulation(s)
  • Work with the management team to provide a full range of operational HR support across the business (planning, engagement, appraisal and review, compliance, etc)
  • Manage end to end recruitment, working with stakeholders to draft role descriptions, advise on remuneration and source and interview candidates
  • Manage all aspects of payroll, employee salaries and social contributions along with all appropriate administration
  • Identify and advise with regard to staff morale, employee relations and discipline
  • Work with central stakeholders to define all incentive schemes, development needs and appraisal systems
  • Recommend all training and development requirements both by department and individual



Key Skills/Experience

  1. Excellent administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  2. Knowledge and experience of online recruiting resources, applicant tracking and HR information systems
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  4. 5+ years' experience in all aspects of human resources management (including payroll management, staff training and development, employee relations and federal & state regulations)

  • A hand's on attitude, prepared to get involved to build the organisation from the ground up
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous regardless of the situation
  • Understanding of and ability to work within a multi-cultural and multi-national environment
