Job Description
- Manage MD's calendar.
- Attend events with MD or represent when necessary.
- Reminding MD on tasks, events, etc
- Answering calls & taking messages.
- Replying to/sending mails & correspondence.
- Organizing travel plans.
- Filing, organizing & managing database.
- Provide admin support.
- Collating & filing expenses
- Conducting research.
- Other tasks as given by the MD.
Requirements
- Must have a BSc/HND preferably in a humanities/social science course.
- Must be computer literate, self-motivated, know how to take initiative, and be proactive.
- Must be efficient, discrete, and organized.
- Should be flexible, and know how to multi-task.
- Must have good communication and diction.
