We are seeking a skilled experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our company. In this position, you will provide strategic direction for existing client Accounts and grow its profitability. Identify marketplace opportunities, prospects, and engage new clients. Initiate strategic and winning ideas for pitch presentations Ensure 100% accuracy of billing and invoicing on all projects executed. Follow up and drive prompt payment for all executed projects. Provide the utmost level of client service and liaising with key clients on a day-to-day basis. Maximize our services to clients by providing a strategic approach to how the team services all clients.• Ensure effective delegation and management within the team to generate the optimum use of resources to maintain the staff/profitability ratio. Develop strategy/proposal for clients’ briefs as they are received
Take responsibility for identifying, monitoring, evaluating, and sustaining the quality of output and ensure cost objectives are adhered to. Ensure team members comply with policies and procedures on various activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a fast-paced marketing agency.
- Superior understanding of Nigerian Media landscape
- Knowledge of or experience with the use of Media tools.
