About the role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to join the Spleet heroes to help grow the business. You will be expected to develop strategies to boost a company's sales and overall growth. They are primarily responsible for conducting research and analysis to identify clients' needs, participate in creating business plans and products, and produce progress reports and presentations. It is essential to adhere to the policies and standards of the company.

In this role, you will;.

· Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyse sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

· Conduct market research and identify potential clients.

· Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

· Promote the Spleet product and services to build awareness and recognition of products.

· Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.

· Familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.

· Assist with drafting business plans, pitch decks, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

· Identify new business opportunities and partners.

· Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
