Job Title: Country Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

We are looking for a well- connected Country Manager with experience and proven performance. You are a sales pro with a strong understanding of the video ad-tech market, trends and ecosystem. You need to be a charismatic, energetic and resourceful person, with a proactive approach and a passion for success. Our position requires you to have relationships and contacts with direct publishers across the digital landscape, understanding of the programmatic space and knowledge of the video ad-tech industry including trends, terms and technology. You will be reporting directly to our CEO in Zurich and will play a key role in expanding our business. 


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, qualify, negotiate and close new business with premium digital publishers.
  • Connect local demand from agency trading desks and sales houses
  • Partner with local video creators
  • Execute sales pitches and presentations
  • Track and manage publisher acquisition pipeline and account activities in Pipedrive.com
  • Work collaboratively with national and international team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and leading events.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3+ years of experience in Publishers Sales are essential, ideally in video or ad tech solution, with rolodex to prove it,
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be client facing with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, etc)
  • Proven ability to close new business and forge new relationships with decision makers
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and handle priorities.
  • Knowledge of the online video advertising industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data and generated reports
  • Excellent team player, highly motivated, energetic and charismatic.
