Russell Interactive- A company with multidimensional projects and services is looking for a Business Development Executive.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

Job Location: Lagos Nigeria


  1. Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by the organization.
  2. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with other departments.
  3. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  4. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  5. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  6. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  7. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  8. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  9. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  10. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.


  1. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
  2. Extensive sales experience.
  3. Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour.
  4. Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  5. Professional yet affable disposition.
  6. Neat, well-groomed appearance.
  7. Great networking skills.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  9. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
  10. Emboldened by challenges.
