Our client, an innovative research and development company with trail blazing products in the education and health sectors is recruiting to fill the position of a Provider Relations Manager.

The role manages provider interactions/ relationship, ensuring clean prompt claims reconciliation and processing through continuous provider education and management

The role holder will work with the Executive Management to establish processes, manage priorities, monitor progress and document status & progress regarding management of service providers.

He/ She will be responsible for ensuring the quality of service providers, enhancing the excellence of patient management, maximize satisfaction and promote cost effectiveness for the company.

Job Description:

·        Timely Claims Coordination and Management

·        Quality Assurance and Quality Control

·        Provider Accreditation and Contracting

·        Provider Administration and Management

·        Provider Tariff Management

·        Provider Directory Management

·        Users’ Refunds Management

·        Provider Education and Management

·        Management and Resolution of Provider Claims Appeal & Litigations

 

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Provider Administrator or similar role
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) from a recognised institution.
  • Current license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)
  • Tech savvy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Project and Product management skills
  • Sound medical knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to build new and nurture existing relationships
