Vacancy For Law Firm Administrator at Udochi Iheanacho Partnership

 Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the position of a Law Firm Administrator in a Law Firm situate in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria.


The duties and responsibilities for the position are


• Developing automation to enhance productivity and ensure the delivery of high quality services 


• Maintaining, analyzing and interpreting financial data and management information for the Managing Partner and other partners. 


• Managing and coordinating the human resource functions for Associate Attorneys, and Administrative and Support Staff. 


• Providing administrative management support to those partners who are responsible for substantive areas of practice. 


• Performing and coordinating all of the other operational functions required for restructure, repositioning and growth of the firm. 


• Business Development

Qualifications and Experience


• A Bachelor’s in Law (LL.B), BSC in Accounting or a Degree in Business Administration from reputable Universities with a minimum grade of 2:1 or a Master’s degree in Law Office Management, an MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree. 

• 4 + years relevant experience in office or HR management

• Experience in procurement, logistics, HR management, operations management and administration.

• Advanced knowledge in computer usage including office software packages and web-based management systems. 

• Experience of prior work with a law firm or other legal entity desirable

• Knowledge of HR monitoring and change management techniques and programming. 


Functional Competencies


The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational, leadership and business skills needed to oversee the operations of the firm. 

The candidate should be proactive and possess the skills and tenacity to create new and enduring values to reposition the Firm leveraging on use of Legal Technology.  

A firm grasp of Legal Systems and Legal Terminology will be an advantage

Knowledge of Library systems, Client billing, Financial Planning, Communication and Legal Technology will also be an advantage. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, google Drive and Media is specifically required.
