Job Title: Creative Design and Content Officer

Location: Lagos


Responsibilities


  • Create and implement content calendar to ensure a more strategic and intelligent approach to content creation and usage for Knight Frank and the Senior Partner online and offline.
  • Manage the social media accounts of Knight Frank Nigeria and the CEO and ensure sustained audience engagement.
  • Deliver creative designs for various communication channels and purpose, including internal communication, marketing, branding, and print.
  • Ensure real-time digital media monitoring, and reporting.
  • Facilitate the production of video content to promote the Knight Frank brand, services, and activities.
  • Assist in organizing and planning of company events.
  • Implement email marketing to clients and prospects.
  • Effective circulation of bi-annual Knight Frank Lagos Market Update and other relevant reports by the Research team.
  • Monitor website performance, manage content, and ensure that all are up to date.
  • Generate leads for revenue-generating service lines through online and offline engagements.
  • Project the Knight Frank employer value proposition digital media and content marketing.

Qualifications/Education Required.

Professional experience and personal skills profile

  • BSc/HND in Arts, Sciences or humanities discipline.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Relevant professional certifications in digital marketing, content writing, and creative design.

Required

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes required to execute the job

  • Creative mindset and proficient in graphic design (e.g., using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Good understanding of design principles and trends
  • Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with digital and print media
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and good working knowledge of major marketing tools like MailChimp, social media apps, display ads, etc.
  • Impressive creative content writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship management skills
  • Collaborative skills and working with cross-functional teams
  • An understanding of the proper use and presentation of data to track marketing and communications performance
  • Self-driven and proactive approach to resolving problems
