Key Responsibilities
- Conduct confidential coaching sessions focused on leadership development, executive presence, strategic planning, and performance enhancement.
- Partner with executives, senior leaders, and founders to identify goals, assess strengths and weaknesses, and develop personalized coaching plans.
- Provide constructive feedback, insights, and accountability to support clients in achieving their objectives and overcoming challenges.
- Utilize a variety of coaching techniques, assessments, and tools to facilitate growth and self-awareness in clients.
- Collaborate with Talentsquare's team to identify and address organizational needs, trends, and opportunities for coaching interventions.
- Proven experience as an executive coach or leadership development consultant, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with senior-level executives.
- Master's degree in organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of leadership principles, organizational dynamics, and executive-level challenges.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
- Certification in executive coaching from a recognized coaching institute or organization.
- Experience working with diverse industries and cultures is preferred.
