Role Description
This is a Full time role for an insurance Sales Expert . The primary responsibility of the sales expert will be to identify and recruit new client while maintaining a positive relationship with existing ones. The sales expert will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's policies and services.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Insurance, Business Management or a related Field.
  • prior experience as a sales specialist, preferably in insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit new client, maintain positive relationship with existing client and grow the business.
  • Exceptional communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • knowledge of the insurance industry and related product is a plus
  • knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing techniques and search engines optimization is a plus.
