We are looking for a Relationship Officer to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, sales experience, and the ability to understand customer needs and preferences. This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Roles and Duties:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and partners through regular communication and engagement activities.
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and expectations to provide personalized service and support.
  • Promote products and services to clients through effective sales presentations, demonstrations, and discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Meet sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue goals, customer satisfaction ratings, and retention rates.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance sales and relationship management skills.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 2-3 years in Microfinance Banking is an added advantage
  • Sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Integrity and professionalism in handling client relationships and confidential information.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
