Role Description

We are looking to hire a Luxury Retail Manager for our client, a luxury store in Victoria Island, Lagos. The Luxury Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and optimizing customer service strategies.

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Team Management skills
  • Sales skills
  • Experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
