Job Title: Managing Director/CEO – Digital Microfinance Bank

Location: Lagos.

We are seeking a Managing Director/CEO for a newly established, CBN-licensed digital microfinance bank located in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate should currently hold a C-suite position or higher in a digital microfinance bank and possess extensive experience in strategic management, retail banking, product management, business development, and digital financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the bank’s strategic direction, operations, and growth.

• Drive digital banking innovation, risk asset creation, and business development.

• Ensure profitability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

• Execute Board decisions and manage key stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 12 years of banking experience, including 3 years of continuous senior leadership role in a digital Microfinance Bank.

• Strong background in retail banking and digital financial services

• MBA/MSc and relevant professional qualifications ( ACA, ACIB, etc.)
